Once the products are received by the carrier, they are the only ones responsible for their timely delivery in excellent condition to the customer. In case of problems with delivery please contact them.
In all cases, the customer receives an e-mail with the tracking number.
We do everything possible to ensure that the availability of the products appearing on the website arctichunter.de, meet the real stock available in our warehouses. Nevertheless, if there is a problem with the availability of products ordered by customers, the customers will be informed immediately.
All your requested information/personal details, during transactions, is completely safe. Any information will be used exclusively by authorized staff to ensure communication between us.
Creating a personal account
Once you input the data required in the fields of the "create an account" page, your personal account is created. By stating your username (email address) and password (secret code) you can manage your profile whenever you want and be informed about the progress of orders. The only responsible party for maintaining the secrecy of your account is you. The online store “arctichunter.de” is not responsible for the use of your password by an unauthorized person.

This means that no element of your credit card information is stored on the server of the website arctichunter.de.

4.Order - Delivery Charges
Once your order is completed you receive a confirmation number via e-mail.
Shipping costs for orders with total value 40,00 € and up are free.
Shipping costs for orders with total value 39,99 € and below are 2,90€.
The above prices include VAT.
Deliveries are performed during working days and hours.
5. Failure to complete an order-Right to cancel/deny an order
Our aim is for all orders to be completed with success, as soon as possible. However, in rare cases it may not be possible to complete the shipment of your order. Some of the possible reasons are the incorrect updating of product availability and the failure of communication with the customer.
We reserve our right to decline or cancel an order - even after payment - in the following cases (money will be transferred back to you as soon as we manually cancel):
1) The requested product is out of stock
2) The listed price was incorrect
3) Our partnered carriers cannot deliver to the address of the customer
4) We have reasonable suspicion of fraud
6. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to return a product you bought from our store. In case you want to return a product, please inform us by e-mail at email@example.com. We will proceed by sending you a postage label with the shipping information of the parcel. Αll shipping costs are covered by the customer. The parcel must reach us in perfect condition (packaged/poly-bagged). Products whose original packaging is damaged, written on or wrapped with adhesive tape will not be received and will be returned to the customer at their own expense. In the above cases, we reserve the right not to refund customers. Once the return of the product is completed successfully, we proceed with the refund.
We make refunds using the same method as the payment. That is, if you have paid via PayPal, then we will refund the value of your order to PayPal. If you have paid by credit/debit card, then the refund is applied to your card.
